Culer A. Gilliam was the Gilliam family matriarch who dedicated her life to education. She worked as a primary school teacher, put all six of her children through school, and has seen many of her grandchildren graduate high school as well.
To honor her hard work and sacrifice and carry on her legacy, the Gilliam family has erected a scholarship to financially assist dedicated students on their collegiate journey.
